Please expect 1-3 business days of processing time before orders ship. Most items will be delivered via USPS within 3-5 business days, but some restrictions may apply. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the US.

Refund Policy
Every AIRWAAV® Performance Mouthpiece and AIRWAAV Recovery Mouthpiece is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your mouthpiece, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Each customer is eligible for no more than one (1) replacement of the mouthpiece.

Please note that shipping costs, accessories, cleaners, apparel, and other non-mouthpiece products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How to Use Airwaav Recovery

  • Customize

    Fit the mouthpiece using the microwave or boiling water and follow the fitting instructions included. Let the mouthpiece sit for 24 hours to allow material to shrink and ensure a snug fit.

  • Insert Airwaav

    Before you fall asleep, place the mouthpiece on your bottom teeth and let the tongue move naturally. Do not force movement of the tongue or jaw.

  • Sleep

    Allow the Reflex Technology to work while you sleep, opening the airway naturally for deeper, uninterrupted sleep and better recovery.
